Mathematics Curriculum Leadership Day

A must for all teachers or senior leaders with responsibility for Mathematics in their school. During this day Ban Har will look at the CfW documentation, explore what this actually means in idealogical thinking but more importantly, what this could like in practice at your school. Ban har will articulate how Singapore turned its fortunes around through a problem solving approach and how this philosophy links so well to the vision and implementation of Curriculum For Wales.

Ban Har will help guide schools develop their own rationale and thinking towards a Maths curriculum that reflects teaching the core concepts of mathematics in achieving high standards and mathematical competency for all, adhering to the vision of CfW as well as addressing Welsh Governments Maths and Numeracy Plan 2023.
