Glenda Dudley

Glenda Dudley has worked in education for more than twenty years, both in the UK and in international contexts in Europe and the Middle East. During her career, Glenda has held posts as a teacher, a Headteacher and was the inaugural Head of Centre of Wales’ largest children’s centre; the Ely and Caerau Children’s Centre.

Most recently, as a Director and Co-founder of The Learning Partnership Wales, she is proud to be the co-creator of ‘Building Blocks’ – an online curriculum planning, monitoring and assessment portal rooted in rich tasks, now used in hundreds of schools across the UK and internationally. She developed and co-authored ‘Make Time for Me!’ – an early years’ practitioner toolkit for Flying Start in Wales.

During her career, Glenda has been involved with many rich and exciting educational developments at strategic level including ‘Teaching for Understanding’ from Harvard University, Early Childhood Steering Group – International Baccalaureate (IB), and Flying Start (Wales). Her knowledge and experience of early childhood, primary education and working with families is expansive.  As such, she has been the Key Note for national conferences for Save the Children, Barnardo’s and Flying Start.

Glenda is a fan of family time, walking her dog and lists; which she claims help her equally in keeping the plates spinning!
